Our Building Record
For years, redT built its LiteHomes to LEED Gold certification standards or higher, verified by the U.S. Green Building Council, with EPA Indoor airPLUS certification for healthier indoor air. In 2022 we delivered LEED Zero certified homes, homes verified to produce as much energy as they use.
Homes like our LEED-certified LiteHome on S Dahlia Street show what that looks like in practice: modern design, natural light, and a home built well enough to prove it to a third party.
That experience shapes every home we build today, certified or not: careful construction, efficient systems, and materials chosen to last. It’s what we mean by a thoughtfully built home.
